This position requires a Master's Degree and Licensure in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or Creative Arts Therapy.
Responsibilities
+ Oversee the daily operations of the Children’s Mental Health Division – CFTSS Program to ensure quality service delivery.
+ Lead the hiring process by screening and interviewing candidates to build a strong, passionate team that supports children’s mental health.
+ Oversee assignments and service capacity to ensure children and families receive the mental health services they need.
+ Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for your team.
+ Track and monitor all data/information required by the state.
+ Assist with state reports and audits.
+ Monitor data, ensure compliance with state regulations, and work closely with external entities.
+ Attend state meetings and collaborate with internal and external partners to improve access to care
Qualifications
+ Passion for helping children & families
+ Required: Master's Degree and Licensure required (LMSW, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Creative Arts Therapy)
+ At least 2 years of experience in Human Services.
+ Strong leadership & organizational skills
+ Supervisory experience is preferred
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office & electronic health records.
+ A valid driver’s license with a clean record required.
Compensation Information
+ FCA’s framework, culture, and values reflect the competitive compensation range. Individual pay decisions will vary based on skills and experience while still allowing for growth.
Additional Information
+ $64,350 - $66,500 annually
+ Schedule: (M-F), evening and weekend hours, as needed
+ This role is full-time (35 hours/week), Exempt
