Overview
We are looking for an outstanding Manager who will support our Business Development team at Digitas Boston. Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple workstreams, this person will be someone who brings focus, initiative, and follow-through to every opportunity. This person keeps our new business engine running smoothly — connecting insights and organizing details. They’ll also have an understanding of how all the parts of an agency’s people, tools and tech come together to solve client challenges. They’re quick to learn, confident navigating ambiguity, and work best as part of a team.
Requirements:
Responsibilities will include:
+ Developing a strong understanding of Digitas’ capabilities, case studies, and positioning in the marketplace
+ Supporting pitch preparation by organizing inputs, drafting materials, and coordinating across teams and disciplines
+ Creating and maintaining digital content for client-focused deliverables using tools like Canva and CapCut
+ Developing a thorough understanding of each client, including products, business challenges, and all briefed materials, to support informed pitch discussions
+ Partnering with senior team members to craft clear, compelling materials that reflect the client’s needs and Digitas’ point of view
+ Managing timelines, deliverables, and logistics to ensure the team is set up for success throughout the RFP process
+ Liaison for Finance, IT, Legal, Proofing & Design
+ Working across Publicis Groupe, partner with entities like Epsilon, Influential, to connect diverse capabilities into integrated solutions

+ Demonstrates ability to read a situation and react appropriately to solve issues
+ Has a strong visual sensibility with an instinct for layout, hierarchy, and clarity; can produce client-ready materials and follow design guidelines
Qualifications
+ Four-year degree
+ 4+ years of experience in relationship management or project management style roles; agency experience strongly preferred
+ Excellent communicator and strong writing ability. This role requires frequent written deliverables and an ability to articulate stories clearly
+ Knowledge and understanding of the agency marketplace
+ Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrates empathy and commitment to the pitch team, proven ability to manage expectations
+ Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
+ Candidate must be open to travel as needed

Additional information
Compensation Range: $73,9110 - $111,320. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
