    Work with Customer's Operations team to support daily systems operations and trouble shoot issues. Support the repair of Safran Cabin interior parts. Serve as a technical liaison to the customer and facilitate the incoming goods receipt process, mitigating any cosmetic defects to expedite the process. Engage with Safran Cabin Team Members to effectively support the delivery of assemblies. This role will be based at the customer's site.

    Level 3 (all level 1 & 2 responsibilities, plus these additional duties):

    • Lead investigations and interface with Engineering/Quality teams at Home Base

    • Reporting in the system - Presentation to Home Base / Customer as needed

    • Interface with the Customer - Communication, reporting, sharing visibility

    • Coaching of Level 1 & 2 operators in the team

    • Back-up to Supervisor on ad hoc basis

    • In the absence of a Lead Hand / Product Support Representative the individual will perform many of the tasks of the Lead hand / OEM On-Site Product Support Representative in a seamless fashion.

     

    The expected salary range for this position is between $24.14/hr - $37.93/hr USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.

    Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Trade school preferred

     

    Experience: Level 2 + Sufficient experience on FAL for total autonomy

     

    Computer Skills: Basic Computer Skills

    Other Skills:

    • Able to perform all technical FAL work in full autonomy

    • Transverse management skills

    • Must have thorough experience and knowledge to operate machinery and & various pneumatic and hand tools

    • Able to lead troubleshooting investigations based on extended experience

    • Makes decisions based on factual evidences, defined priorities, risk assessment

    • Ability to read and write English at a comprehensive level necessary for successful job performance

    • Good hand / eye coordination is a must

    • Ability to coach/train junior staff on processes and procedures
