    A DAY IN THE LIFE

    + Assisting with event logistics for campus career fairs—from registrations to swag distribution

    + Using Handshake and our Application Tracking System (ATS) to send messages to students ahead of the career fair.

    + Reviewing resumes to identify standout candidates and collaborating with recruiters

    + Inputting resumes from career fairs into our ATS and sending rejection emails to candidates

    + Scheduling virtual and in-person interviews and coordinating calendars across teams and time zones, including candidate communication and follow-ups

    + Tracking candidate and intern data to keep our systems accurate and up to date

    + Maintaining organized recruiting pipelines, reports, and shared resources for the team

    + Gain exposure to the full recruiting lifecycle, including how offers are extended and candidates are supported through the process

    + Assisting with onboarding, training and learning and development once students join ARCO

    NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

    + Enrolled in HR, Business, Communications, or related degree program

    + Passion for recruiting, campus engagement, and talent development

    + Impeccable organizational skills with strong attention to detail

    + Confident, professional communicator who can proactively manage tasks

    + Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
