We do this through digital storytelling on our intranet and internal social media, videos and graphics, events and companywide broadcasts.
Role Description

As an Employee Communications Co-op on the Corporate Communications team, you will help support our overall internal communications strategy. You will learn about new programs and products, draft communications that help employees understand them, and then work with your teammates to put that plan in action across a number of communication channels.
You will also work alongside another Employee Communication Co-op. While you may have different day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll have a co-op partner within the team to collaborate with on projects

_W_ _hat are some interesting problems the student will work on?_
You’ll be among the first to hear about an upcoming project, campaign, company change, or new offering. You’ll then need to tap into your creativity to find ways to get employees excited about this news across a number of different avenues – from social media, to contests, surveys, polls, videos and more.

We’re looking for someone who is curious about learning and excited to offer ideas. You’ll be among a group of creative, driven teammates who collaborate closely to support each other. You will have the opportunity to work across many different business units and focus areas, and your job will be to brainstorm, put together a plan, and then execute flawlessly.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Day-to-day maintenance and contribution to employee intranet site, including:
+ Writing, editing, and updating articles
+ Assisting in editorial management/calendaring
+ Managing employee comments
+ Draft employee communications (emails, articles, newsletter blurbs, social media posts)
+ Work with multiple teams across the company, including senior leadership, to facilitate projects, events, and broadcasts, including promoting and staffing events
+ Manage internal social media, including campaign creation
+ Manage employee contests and promotions
+ Compile metrics reports on digital communication channels
+ Create visuals, images, digital signage
+ Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Preferred** **Skills
+ Self-starter and independent worker
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment, able to multi-task and manage priorities
+ Strong writing skills and creative thinking
+ Three (3) writing samples of less than one (1) page eachrequired after interview
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PPT, Sharepoint file sharing)
+ Knowledge of graphic design(Canva or Photoshop).
+ Strong interest in the telecommunications, connectivity and media industries.
+ Ability to work on a team.
+ Preferred Majors: Communications, Public Relations, English, Journalism, or related fields
Minimum** **Qualifications** **and Eligibility Requirements
+ Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.
+ Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting March 30, 2026, through September 18, 2026.
+ Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
+ Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting
