The Acquisition Marketing & Strategy team builds audience-led acquisition growth strategies and playbooks – inclusive of AI - that can be consistently and rapidly deployed against competitive threats and in support of our most critical growth drivers. This team is people-first, acts as one team with base, multicultural and division partners, challenges the status quo, prioritizes ruthlessly based on impact and invests in each other with real-time feedback.
Role Description
Do you like big challenges and working with highly motivated, cross-functional teams? Are you interested in utilizing AI and data to improve marketing strategies? As an Acquisition Marketing & Strategy Co-op in the Growth, Operations and Strategy organization, you will work on enterprise-wide acquisition go-to-market strategy and targeted acquisition marketing strategies for critical company growth priorities.
What are some interesting problems the student will work on?
In this role, you will utilize analysis and research from internal and external sources to iterate on marketing strategies that help drive growth. You will partner closely with AI product partners to integrate new models into marketing programs to improve personalization and consideration. Plan and deploy acquisition email updates across multiple programs that align with strategic priorities. Ensure GTM and Strategy playbooks are continuously updated on a quarterly cadence with the most recent test plans and creative treatments.
Where can this student make an impact?
You can make an impact by ensuring cross-functional teams are aligned with the GTM and Acquisition Strategies from design to deployment. Identifying opportunities across the targeted 1:1 marketing priorities to increase prospect effectiveness and connects.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Contribute to enterprise-wide playbooks to ensure the most effective strategies are documented for partners.
+ Support testing and scaling of AI-led marketing strategies with downstream impact partners.
+ Leverage GenAIin workflows and creative.
+ Assist with tactical execution of 1:1 acquisition marketing emails and SMS.
+ Assist leadership with audience insights that illustrate strengths and weaknesses in performance across marketing strategies.
+ Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum** **Qualifications** **and Eligibility Requirements
+ Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.
+ Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting March 30, 2026, through September 18, 2026.
+ Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
+ Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting
