    Responsibilities

    Responsible for support labeling changes to plan, execute, and delivery across the organization. Works closely with internal and external stakeholders to support the labeling needs and manage the labeling projects from beginning to end. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, especially with regulatory, engineering and marketing to gather labeling content inputs, work with designers and proofreaders to execute & ensure projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within the budget. The role has project management responsibility and has no direct reports.

    Responsibilities:

    + Manages all day-to-day labeling projects, especially with external stakeholders.

    + Develop and manage schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.

    + Monitor and analyze project performance metrics, timelines, and budgets.

    + Run regular meetings with various teams as needed and help teams operate independently.

    + Drive cohesion and clarity in communication and operations across various teams.

    + Responsible for coordinating activities with the labeling team (designers and proofreaders) through the project lifecycle.

    + Coordinate cross-functional review and approval of labeling content and artwork.

    + Lead or support labeling change control activities within document management systems.

    + Serve as the primary point of contact for status updates, stakeholder reporting, and team alignment.

    + Various tasks necessary to ensure projects are successful.

    + Support internal and external audits by providing labeling documentation.

    + Responsible for ensuring personal and company compliance with all Federal, State, local and company regulations, policies and procedures for Health, Safety and Environmental compliance.

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications

    Requires a minimum 5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree; or equivalent education and experience; Or 3+ years and a Master's degree;Or a PhD with no previous professional experience.Where required, the role must hold an appropriate degree in the industry (eg. Legal)

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Associate’s degree in graphic design is strongly preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience

    + Knowledge of foreign language a plus.

    + Good written and oral English communication skills as required
