    The Senior Manager, US Growth & Alliances will be a highly experienced and strategic individual responsible for driving growth in retail sales and distribution initiatives. This role will be pivotal in driving new product commercialization, forging strategic partnerships, and identifying innovative ways to leverage our existing customer base to unlock new revenue streams and increase market penetration. This role will report into the Senior Director, Commercial Growth & Alliances.

     

    This will be a Field Based role

    _RESPONSIBILITIES:_

    + **Strategic Partnerships:** Identify and cultivate partnerships with complementary companies, retailers, and service providers to expand distribution and co-marketing opportunities.

    + **Product Commercialization:** Partner with marketing, regulatory and other teams to bring new/existing medical devices to market through retail and strategic channels.

    + **Customer Base Optimization:** Analyze existing customer data to uncover cross-sell, upsell, and retention opportunities across retail and alternate channels.

    + **Retail Channel Management:** Lead negotiations and execution of distribution agreements with national and regional retailers, pharmacies, and specialty health stores.

    + **Sales Forecasting & Planning:** Collaborate with finance and supply chain teams to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory alignment for new and existing products.

    + **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on product launches, promotional campaigns, and compliance initiatives.

    + **Performance Analysis:** Monitor channel performance, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to improve sell-through and profitability.

    + **Market Intelligence:** Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activity, and consumer behavior in the medical device retail space.

    Basic Requirements:

    + Bachelor's degree.

    + 10+ years of experience, in high-impact, revenue generating roles, ideally in medical device and consumables.

    + Distributor & Channel Partnerships.

    + Knowledge of front of store retail.

    + Knowledge of the US payer and distribution landscape.

    + Medical Device & Consumables Commercialization.

    + Experience working in a matrixed organization with cross-functional teams.

    Preferred Requirements:

    + Proven record of transforming flat markets into growth opportunities by diversifying access channels and unlocking new revenue streams.

    + Strategic Partnerships with Digital Platforms.

    + Contracting, Pricing & Value-Based Strategy.

     

    _Competitive base salary based on experience and qualifications: $137,100 - $181,650 (subject to variation depending on physical location)._

    _Base pay is one component of the Total Rewards package at embecta, which also includes eligibility for_ _a sales incentive bonus_ _.
