This Co-Op will report directly to Sean Singer, a Senior Director on the team, who has extensive experience in AI Consulting, AI governance, and digital transformation.

As a Co-op on Comcast’s AI Strategy & Transformation Team, you’ll be embedded in one of the most forward-looking groups in the company—working at the intersection of emerging technology, corporate strategy, and real-world impact. This is not a traditional internship. You’ll be expected to take ownership of your work, drive high-impact deliverables, and communicate insights directly to senior leaders across Comcast.

+ Support internal enablement efforts, including workshops and training, to empower teams across the enterprise
+ Contribute to the development and execution of proofs of concept (POCs), gaining hands-on exposure to AI applications in a corporate context
+ Collaborate closely with a diverse group of stakeholders, including technologists, strategists, and product teams across Comcast

+ Shape Real-World Proofs of Concept (POCs): Through participation in early-stage innovation pilots, they’ll help scope, test, and evaluate AI tools in live environments—helping determine whether those tools scale or pivot.
+ Accelerate AI Awareness & Literacy Across Comcast: The student may lead internal workshops or develop educational content, playing a hands-on role in making AI concepts accessible to non-technical audiences.
+ Build Lasting Strategic Artifacts: From landscape analyses to opportunity roadmaps, the student will leave behind well-documented, high-impact outputs that can guide future initiatives.
