    The Customer Insights and Program Analytics team collaborates cross-functionally with leaders in Business Operations, Product, Finance, and Marketing to uncover trends, evaluate KPIs, and translate complex data into actionable strategies. We support National Account and Base Management at Comcast Business Headquarter. Our team is comprised of Sr manager and Sr Analyst, Customer Insights & program Analytics. Our team supports Enterprise Segments, CB Global Segments, Retail and Referral Programs. The candidate works closely with Senior Manager, Customer Insights & Program Analytics to provide insightful insights to our Account Management to drive revenue growth, retaining customers and reducing churn.

    Role Description

    Are you passionate about data analytics and data driven decisions? Do you like big challenges and working within a highly motivated team environment? In your role, you will bridge the gap between sales, account management and operations. Trace account and business cross billing, sales, and CRM Database. You’ll be working with the best and brightest minds in Comcast Business to grow Revenue and providing insights on current customers across Enterprise and Nitel.

    Job Responsibilities

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    + Works with business leaders and stakeholders to understand data and analysis needs and develop requirements.

    + Analyzes large, complex data to determine actionable business insights using self-service analytics and reporting tools.

    + Queries disparate big data platforms such as Teradata, SQL Server, Hadoop, and AWS.

    + Combines data as needed from disparate data sources to complete analysis.

    + Identify key business drivers and insights by conducting exploratory data analysis and hypothesis testing.

    + Communicates findings clearly and concisely through narrative-driven presentations and effective data visualizations to Company decisionmakers.

    + Promotes and evangelizes a culture of excellence, data driven discussions, healthy skepticism, intellectual curiosity, knowledge sharing, and teamwork.

    + Stays current with emerging trends in analytics, statistics, and machine learning and applies them to business challenges.

    + Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

    + Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

    Preferred Skills

    + Preferred Skills: SQL, Tableau, Microsoft Excel, Data Analysis

    + Preferred Majors: Business, Management Information Science (MIS), Computer Science, Information Technology or any analytics field

    Minimum** **Qualifications** **and Eligibility Requirements

    + Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.

    + Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting March 30, 2026, through September 18, 2026.

    + Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs

    + Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting
