Iowa Methodist Medical Center (IMMC)

+ Cath Lab SupervisorLead our Cardiac Cath Labs across IMMC and ILH, including prep and recovery services. This is a high-impact role within our cardiovascular service line, ideal for a visionary leader passionate about innovation and outcomes.

+ Surgery SupervisorOversee surgery with 24/7 accountability. Create a safe, professional environment that supports team development and optimal patient outcomes.

+ ICU SupervisorSupport day-to-day operations of our high-acuity ICU, focusing on holistic, patient-centered care and staff development.

Iowa Lutheran Hospital

+ PACU SupervisorLead perioperative care in OPS/PACU, serving patients from pediatrics to geriatrics across multiple surgical specialties.

+ Endoscopy SupervisorOversee clinical services in Endo, ensuring regulatory compliance, staff engagement, and high-quality patient care.

+ Emergency Department SupervisorManage fast-paced ED operations with a focus on safety, quality, and team support.

Methodist West Hospital

+ Surgery SupervisorLead OR, Central Sterile Processing, and Preop/PACU services. Collaborate with a skilled surgical team to deliver exceptional perioperative care.

+ Emergency Department SupervisorGuide ED operations with a holistic approach to patient care and staff development.

Qualifications

Education:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Nursing

+ Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Experience:

+ Minimum 1 year of RN experience

License(s)/Certifications:

+ BLS certification (or obtained within 3 months of hire)

+ Current RN licensure in Iowa
