Position Summary...
What you'll do...
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Analyst to join the Fashion Merchandising Execution team. This role is the critical link between our merchants' strategic vision and how our customers experience our fashion assortment in stores. This individual will act as a project manager and data steward, responsible for translating product strategies into detailed, executable store floorplans and modulars. It’s a dynamic, hands-on role for someone who is a master collaborator and enjoys seeing their work directly impact the sales floor. **What You'll Do:**
+ **Translate Merchandising Vision into Store Layouts:** You will manage the end-to-end execution of Fashion modular sets (the specific product showcases) and floorplans. This includes ensuring 100% accuracy of product-to-plan data, managing project timelines, and preparing all necessary resources for our draw teams and stores.
+ **Drive Special Projects and Store Initiatives:** You will lead the execution for unique "project stores" that involve new layouts or tests, ensuring they align perfectly with merchant strategies. This involves managing fixture drawings, tracking milestones, and handling updates.
+ **Serve as a Key Partner to Our Stores:** You will be a primary point of contact for store teams, managing and resolving space-related inquiries (SET Tickets). The expectation is to provide clear, timely, and comprehensive resolutions to support our store associates.
+ **Ensure Data Integrity and Accuracy:** You will own the foundational data that makes our work possible. This includes conducting weekly audits, maintaining our systems of record, and ensuring all data adheres to our naming and formatting standards.
+ **Champion Cross-Functional Collaboration:** You will coordinate communication and partner closely with teams across the business, including Merchandising, Modular Development, Store Space, Design, and Visual Merchandising to ensure seamless execution.
The Ideal Candidate Is (What You’ll Bring):
+ **A Data-Driven Problem Solver:** You have advanced Excel skills (like Pivot Tables and XLOOKUPs) and are comfortable transforming complex data into actionable plans.
+ **A Master Collaborator:** You prioritize building strong relationships through face-to-face interaction and don't rely solely on email. You excel at working with multiple cross-functional partners.
+ **Proactive and Engaged:** You are more than an executor. You actively contribute ideas, share feedback, and look for ways to improve processes.
+ **Naturally Curious:** You consistently ask questions to gain a deeper understanding and embrace a continuous learning mindset to drive innovation.
You'll sweep us off our feet if you have:
+ Experienced with Google BigQuery, JDA, PowerBI, etc.
+ Experience integrating GenAI into Business Processes
