Position Summary...

The Senior Manager, Program Management leads the execution of complex business initiatives by aligning cross-functional teams, driving process improvements, and ensuring performance standards are met. What you'll do...

+ Lead execution of multiple business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to ensure performance goals are met.

+ Supervise and develop associates through mentoring, training, and performance evaluations to build a high-performing team.

+ Collaborate with senior leaders to define goals, assess risks, and communicate program requirements to stakeholders and executive leadership.

+ Drive continuous process improvements by conducting gap analyses, implementing best practices, and aligning initiatives with company strategy.

+ Analyze program performance using key metrics and recommend adjustments to optimize results and cost-effectiveness.

+ Foster cross-functional collaboration to enhance service and product capabilities.

By connecting data, strategy, and storytelling, the team ensures people insights are actionable and impactful. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

2 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.

3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
