What you'll do...
+ Lead execution of multiple business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to ensure performance goals are met.
+ Supervise and develop associates through mentoring, training, and performance evaluations to build a high-performing team.
+ Collaborate with senior leaders to define goals, assess risks, and communicate program requirements to stakeholders and executive leadership.
+ Drive continuous process improvements by conducting gap analyses, implementing best practices, and aligning initiatives with company strategy.
+ Analyze program performance using key metrics and recommend adjustments to optimize results and cost-effectiveness.
+ Foster cross-functional collaboration to enhance service and product capabilities.

The Strategy & Storytelling team transforms workforce data into strategic insights that guide business decisions across Walmart’s Global People organization. By connecting data, strategy, and storytelling, the team ensures people insights are actionable and impactful. Their work includes executive storytelling, workforce insights activation, and operational excellence, creating clear, executive-ready narratives and tools. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

2 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
