About INDUSTRIAL PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT:

Our team oversees the strategy, design, and execution of Walmart’s industrial real estate projects nationwide. We operate at the intersection of innovation and operational excellence, ensuring every project aligns with business goals and delivers value. In this role, you’ll directly influence how Walmart grows and adapts to meet evolving business needs.

What you'll do...

+ Lead key industrial design and construction programs from strategy to mass implementation

+ Oversee project portfolios, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment

+ Present progress and insights to senior leadership and cross-functional partners

+ Develop and refine processes for greater efficiency and consistency

+ Coordinate and consult on business initiatives, supporting project-specific needs

What You’ll Bring:

+ Bachelor’s in civil engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)

+ 3 + years’ experience in Commercial Real Estate or Warehouse site development, building design, and/or 8+ years’ experience in construction management or experience in other site development, building design, and construction management

+ 3+ years’ proven expertise in program and project management

+ Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

+ Demonstrated ability to managing multiple site development projects at one time, either new construction or existing TI (tenant improvement) from either the site/building design, project management, or construction management perspective.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 4 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area OR 6 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area.

2 years’ supervisory experience.

3 years’ project management experience.
