Our client is the Northeast’s premier manufacturing partner for OEMs and product manufacturers, providing critical supply chain solutions across multiple markets. We are seeking a **Maintenance Technician** to support our Aluminum Extrusion Manufacturing Operations and Machine Shop.

_Full-Time | Direct Hire_
_Pay Rate: $30-35/hr or above based on experience_
_Shift differentials (10% for 2nd Shift, 15% for 3rd Shift)_
+ _2nd Shift: 3pm-11pm (Monday-Friday) or 3pm-1am (Mon-Thurs)_
+ _3rd Shift: 11pm-7am (Monday-Friday)_
Responsibilities
+ Install and maintain production machines and facility equipment
+ Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
+ Perform emergency repairs during production and scheduled maintenance during service periods
+ Read and interpret manuals and work orders to complete required service
+ Replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments to machinery
+ Conduct preventive maintenance on machines and equipment
+ Use various hand/power tools, meters, and material handling equipment
+ Identify and report faulty operations or materials to supervisors
+ Maintain clean work areas and comply with OSHA safety regulations
+ Support and reinforce ISO standards and objectives
+ Work extended hours as required
Preferred Skills
+ Blueprint reading and machine geometry understanding
+ Basic math/trigonometry and electrical troubleshooting
+ Comfortable working at heights; knowledge of ISO standards
+ Experience with equipment manuals and various materials
