We're looking for a bilingual, analytical professional ready to make an impact in the delivery and technology sector. As a Market Growth Lead, you'll connect hundreds of local and national merchants, serve more than 1.1 million residents, and drive exciting new initiatives in Puerto Rico’s diverse food scene. This is a fast-paced, contract position where your operational skills and people-focused approach will help empower local economies.

Pay: $22–$28/hr

ABOUT YOU

+ Based in Puerto Rico

+ Fluent in English and Spanish

+ 1+ years in consulting, business operations, strategy, banking, technology, or related fields

+ Analytical mindset—comfortable interpreting data (SQL experience highly preferred)

+ Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment

+ Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Client-facing and confident in conflict resolution and relationship management

+ Highly collaborative, with emotional intelligence and community-building instincts

+ Passionate about empowering local economies and making a grassroots impact

+ Bachelor’s degree required

+ Must reside in Puerto Rico and be able to commute locally as needed

+ 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
