    What a typical day as** **a Document Specialist** **might look like:

    l Ensure and maintain customer satisfaction according to company standards of quality and output by prepping, scanning, inspecting, compiling, assembling, and binding documents.

    l Achieve customer satisfaction by consistently prepping and scanning projects accurately and timely while maintaining PS+ standards.

    l Meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment while producing quality, error-free work.

    l Maintain optimal machine performance by performing routine maintenance tasks such as clearing jams and refilling toner.

    l Complete all paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.

    l Communicate effectively with management regarding any issues or concerns.

    l Prevent assembly errors by maintaining an organized workstation.

    l Utilize a KODAK Scanner to ensure error-free jobs per customer specifications.

    This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

    l High school diploma or equivalent.

    l Basic PC and typing skills.

    l Ability to lift and move supplies weighing up to 50 lbs.

    l Strong teamwork skills and ability to maintain positive relationships with colleagues.

    l Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and work in a production facility with moderate to high noise levels.

    l Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and output standards.

    l Willingness to work multiple shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
