You will be a Lead Integration & Test Engineer within the F\-22 Integrated Maintenance Information System program located at HAFB, UT\.
As a Lead Integration & Test Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
• Accountable for the System Test Team’s overall engineering capability, and schedule performance for the ground systems team at HAFB\.
• Coordination planning, organization, integration and completion of Software/System test\.
• Providing Software/System test team progress and plans to Leadership\.
• Identify gaps in existing test processes and provide efficient solutions\.
• Create new System test procedures based on common industry standards as well as knowledge of the F22 Integrated Maintenance Information System\.
• Leveraging proven processes, lessons learned, and best practices from other parts of business or industry\.
• Ensuring program plans and technical baselines are consistent with Program Control processes and Modern Engineering Practices\.
• Planning and formulating System test programs; review product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications\.
• Coordinating activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems\.
• Lead a mixed team of LM and Air Force Civil Service Engineers\.

Basic Qualifications:
Secret Security Clearance
Engineering or related technical bachelor's degree
Desired Skills:
Experience leading software/systems test teams
Experience using Oracle database
Experience with Solaris Operating System
Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux Operating System
Experience with Agile software development
Experience within a Software Test Lab
Experience with Ground Systems Software engineering practices
Experience with Technical Writing
**Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Onsite Full\-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
