Lockheed Martin is seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Test Senior Manager to join the CPS and LRHW team to help the Test Organization transition from development to production\.
As the System Test Engineering Senior Manager your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
• Responsible for overall test procedure and test script development and lab validation required for various configurations of hypersonic vehicle configurations and platforms to be used in production and flight test environments
• Maintain “deployed to” leadership responsibility for all elements of Electrical Ground Support Equipment \(EGSE\) execution to include production and flight test support and EGSE development, sustainment and utilization
• Develop, review, and define test cases, test configurations and test events for acceptance, and design verification\.
• Manage a geographically dispersed team and provide resources to production and field sites to ensure testing execution is seamless and supports program needs\.
• Establish and adhere to Systems Integration & Test processes and implement these processes for the CPS and LRHW program throughout the program lifecycle\.
• Establish and cultivate relationships with all functional teams, the customer, and subcontractors to ensure forward thinking, proper scheduling, staffing and achievement for all program test activities
• Coordinate and conduct frequent Customer and Sr\. Leadership briefings, as required
• Coordinate the planning, organizing, control, integration, and completion of Test Engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility\.
• Drive efficiencies into test & evaluation processes/team in order to flawlessly transition from weapon system development to production
• Evaluate and integrate 1LMX tools into operations
• Baseline repeatable, robust, equipment and processes and rigorously drive configuration control to minimize variability and discovery in execution of production level test events
Basic Qualifications:
• BS in engineering degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 10 years experience in test engineering, systems engineering or other system/production test related discipline
• Experience with flight HW integration, assembly and test
• Minimum 5 years experience in leadership, including customer interaction and managing a geographically dispersed team with multiple skill sets
• Experience with schedule management, detailed test planning, and earned value management \(cost and schedules\)
• CAM certified or experience
• Exemplary communication skills, including experience with internal executive leadership and customer leadership
Desired Skills:
• Experience with Navy and/or Army customers
• Strong communication and Full Spectrum Leadership skills
• Understanding of EGSE processes and hardware
• Hardware in the loop \(HWIL\) / System Integration Laboratory \(SIL\) experience
• Flight tests experience \(missiles, interceptors, payloads and/or launch vehicles\), including vehicle integration and check\-out leading up to flight test campaigns
• Experience leading test teams through development to production transitions

**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 9x80 every other Friday off
**Pay Rate:** The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York \(excluding most major metropolitan areas\), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $144,600 \- $255,070\. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location\. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only\. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as \(but not limited to\) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer\. **Benefits offered:** Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short\-Term Disability, Long\-Term Disability, 401\(k\) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays\. \(Washington state applicants only\) Non\-represented full\-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off \(PTO\) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays\. Represented full time employees accrue 6\.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays\. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year\. This position is incentive plan eligible\.
