Primary Purpose
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Responsible for development and execution of data analytics programs for Supply, including developing and maintaining reports utilizing PowerBI, SQL, and other technologies. Provide oversight and perform analysis of supply operations, financial management, eSourcing, and KPI reporting.
Primary Duties
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
+ Implement process and programs that support monitoring and analysis of the Supply Chain (10%)
+ Maintain reporting applications and systems to ensure ongoing availability of data to stakeholders (20%)
+ Automate and improve existing reports to provide enhanced guidance to stakeholders (25%)
+ Interface with business stakeholders and provide guidance on retrieving, validating, and analyzing information on all aspects of the Supply Chain process (25%)
+ Participate on cross functional and cross business unit project teams in support of changes to business process using existing and new technologies and/or systems. (10%)
+ Develop new reporting solutions to further enhance overall Supply Chain governance, analytics, and support key business initiatives (10%)

+ Travel on average 10% across Exelon sites and business units, as business needs dictate.
+ Individual will have no direct reports.
Minimum Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
+ Undergraduate degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems/Technology, Accounting, Business, Engineering, Finance or related subject area with 4-7 years' experience or in lieu of a degree, 6-9 years of experience.
+ Strong PC and computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Passport, Hyperion).
+ Strong communicator, written and oral, with strengths in organization and planning.
+ Knowledge and experience with ERP and eSourcing systems specifically as they apply to the integration of supply management with work mgmt. including inventory, Purchasing and Accounts Payable functions
+ Experience creating new PowerBI data flows and complex reports, combining data from multiple sources
+ Experience writing complex SQL, includes understanding database systems and creating connections to data sources.
+ Proficient in querying, interpreting and visualizing data from a variety of different sources to create a cohesive story.
+ Knowledge of metrics, data and business intelligence strategies.
+ Able to manage multiple priorities, be results-oriented, customer-focused and show initiative.
+ Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
+ Experience leveraging various analytical tools including, but not limited to data analysis (Python, R, Power Query, etc.), dashboard and visualization (Power BI), ETL (SSIS), reporting tools (Hyperion, OBIEE, Business Objects), etc.
+ Experience developing business applications, mobile and digital analytics and automation solutions.
+ Experience planning and executing projects and initiatives with demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects and teams concurrently.
+ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint, Excel and PowerPoint.

+ Annual salary will vary based on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, and other factors: $80,800.00/Yr. – $111,100.00/Yr.
