UMB’s Specialty Corporate Trust team offers a variety of trust services to the structure finance world for aviation, rail and real estate. We work with customers based all across the world to onboard their business and administer the trust transactions. Our team supports UMB by bringing in direct revenue to the bank in the way of fee revenue and interest income. We offer a niche product and service offering and our team is known around the world as one of a few specialty trust departments that can onboard and administer this unique group of products.

The Specialty Corporate Trust Team Manager will lead and provide guidance and direction to an assigned team of Corporate Trust Associate Relationship Managers and/or Relationship Managers. This role will also work closely with senior leaders in the business to ensure consistent and superior customer service.

Working in the Specialty Corporate Trust group can be fun and exciting. It is often fast paced and has monthly deadlines that we rally around. It is an environment where the associates take pride in their work, support each other, provide the resources needed to succeed, and always work as a team. Our team has a strong background in the industry and many associates have 10-30 years of experience working these types of deals. We are always happy to share their knowledge and help those around them grow!

How you will spend your time:

+ You will use your relationship building and networking skills to work with supporting business groups to resolve business line issues impacting your team.

+ You will use your team building skills to drive efficiencies and successfully implement business line changes impacting your team

+ You will mentor your team on monetary transaction operations and relationship building skills to promote exceptional customer service.

+ You will utilize on your Excel and Outlook skillset to compile reporting and communicate to senior leaders surrounding your team metrics.

+ You will use your people management skills to develop and coach your team

We are excited to speak with you if:

+ You possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

+ You have seven (7) or more years of relevant experience

Bonus points if you:

+ You have an advanced degree

+ You are a Certified Corporate Trust Specialist (CCTS) or Corporate Trust Master Certification (CTMC)

Compensation Range:

$69,230.00 - $149,000.00
