In this role you will function as a primary resource for operating units regarding the collection of data, analysis and evaluation of operational resources, services, programs, systems, budgets, and procedures.
A caregiver in this position works onsite at Main Campus, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
+ Analyze and evaluate operational and financial functions of administrative and operational units.
+ Analyze departmental resources, services, systems, budgets, and programs.
+ Prepare reports based on analysis.
+ Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and evaluation of unit services and performance.
+ Identify program or service strengths, weaknesses, and monetary impact.
+ Identify opportunities for service and program improvement.
+ Develop special reports and recommendations.
+ Participate in the development of operational plans, procedures, and systems.
+ Review and evaluate current procedures and systems and develop recommendations for improvement and/or change.
+ Lead project teams to complete elevated level R15analysis or reports complete with comprehensive recommendations.
+ Maintain awareness of and complies with various regulatory guidelines (JCAHO, FDA, HIPAA, OSHA, etc.).
+ Conduct presentations and advise others regarding key changes or related issues.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration or related field.
+ Four years of high-level financial analysis experience.
+ OR Master's degree and three years of experience.
+ Excellent analytical, communication and customer service skills.
+ Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and can work with minimal supervision.

Physical Requirements:
+ Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
+ Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
+ Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
Personal Protective Equipment:
+ Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
Pay Range
Minimum Annual Salary: $57,510.00
Maximum Annual Salary: $87,697.50
The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set and education. The pay range displayed does not include any applicable pay practices (e.g., shift differentials, overtime, etc.). The pay range does not include the value of Cleveland Clinic's benefits package (e.g., healthcare, dental and vision benefits, retirement savings account contributions, etc.).
