    Job Summary and Qualifications

    What you will do in this role:

    + Under the general direction of the CFO/VP of Operations/COO, the Project Manager is responsible for

    + Revenue enhancement projects: OR expansion, satellite office, Timeshare suite, robotic surgeries and other service lines (Pain management, Imaging)

    + Gathering data and performing analysis on performance improvement include Cost Analysis, OR block time utilization, Daily/Monthly OR dashboards, patient throughput and safety projects

    + Preparing Physician scorecards to track goals for Quality, Patient Satisfaction, Growth and Finance metrics.

    + Facilitating International Medical community outreach program.

    + Assist Hospital Executive team in preparing reports including but not limited to Business Plans, Financial Proforma, Annual Budget, Board meetings, IRB, Quality committee, Safety Committee, Ethics and Compliance.

    + Fulfills the duty and responsibility to maintain competence and to continue personal and professional growth.

    + Demonstrates fiscal responsibility by taking ownership of time management, decreasing waste (of time and supplies) and promoting cost effectiveness.

    + Demonstrates the ability to be an advocate for and strive to protect the health, safety and rights of the patient.

    + Interactions with patients, visitors, and colleagues demonstrate compassion and respect for the inherent dignity, worth, and uniqueness of every individual, unrestricted by considerations of social or economic status or cultural beliefs.

    + Demonstrates ability to fulfill requirements of attendance, punctuality, and timekeeping practices.

    + Demonstrates a positive attitude, personal initiative and motivation to achieve the goals of the department.

    + Upholds the standards of the profession and organization and practice ethically and with integrity.

    + Other duties as assigned
