             The position of Product Owner Data Analytics comprises all tasks necessary for the functional and organizational management of the development, enhancement, and operation of standardized data and reporting products. The Product Owner is responsible for the conceptual design of the product, the prioritization of requirements, and the assurance of product quality and user satisfaction. Acting as an interface between business units, end users, Data Engineering, AI Engineering, and other IT teams, the Product Owner ensures that the product is developed and operated in alignment with corporate strategy and user needs. The objective is to deliver high-quality, scalable, and user-centric Data Products that support decision-making and operational excellence in the supply chain. YOUR TASKS * Take functional ownership of one or more standardized Data & Analytics Products. * Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. * Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements in close collaboration with users and stakeholders. * Create and maintain epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria in agile tools (e.g., Azure DevOps). * Lead and provide functional guidance to the Data Product Development team (Power BI developers). * Collaborate closely with the Data Engineering team to ensure delivery of semantic models and data pipelines. * Coordinate with the AI Engineering team to integrate machine learning and automation functionalities into Data Products. * Ensure product quality through testing, reviews, and continuous improvement. * Monitor and control target achievement based on defined KPIs and milestones. * Facilitate workshops for requirements gathering, prioritization, and process improvement. * Support standardization of KPI definitions, data structures, and visualizations. * Communicate new features, releases, and product updates to users and management. * Provide user support and ensure data quality within the assigned product domain. YOUR PROFILE * Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Logistics, or a comparable field. * 5+ years of professional experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Product Management. * Strong understanding of logistics processes and systems, ideally experience with SAP WM / EWM or comparable systems. * Experience with reporting and visualization tools, preferably Microsoft Power BI. * Basic understanding of modern data architectures (e.g., Azure, Databricks) and interfaces to Data Engineering / AI Engineering. * Knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and confident handling of product backlogs. * Strong communication and facilitation skills for collaboration with business stakeholders and development teams. * Business-fluent German and English skills.
