The Sr. Data Engineer, Operations for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for developing and implementing advanced data solutions to drive cutting-edge AI strategies and initiatives across our supply chain operations. This position reports to the IT Business Applications Senior Manager and is part of the Operations & Enterprise Information Services team located in Chaska, Minnesota and will be an on-site role
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Design, develop, and operate scalable data storage and processing solutions using cloud and distributed platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure, AWS)
+ Build, integrate, and monitor reliable data pipelines from a variety of operational and enterprise systems, including ERP, WMS, TMS, MES/eBR, SCADA, and other OT technologies.
+ Collaborate with data scientists, project managers and supply chain stakeholders to understand data needs and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Bachelor’s with 5 years of experience or Master’s with 3 years of experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field
+ Strong hands-on knowledge and background in Oracle EBS or other ERP data models (particularly in Operations, Supply Chain modules). Ability to utilize expertise in Oracle EBS or other ERP processes and data models to understand user requirements, identify the tables involved, document and communicate those requirements to the development team.
+ Hands-on experience with the concept and design of data pipelines utilizing different cloud tools such as SnowFlake, Azure, AWS
+ Familiar with co-solution development environment such as in Scala, Java or Python
+ Familiar with creating reports and visualization using Oracle Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Power App, Power Automate or a similar BI tool.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ Knowledge of core business processes (Supply Chain, Operations) obtained by directly working in these functions is preferred.
+ Experience with AI agent solution development is preferred

The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $120,000 This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
