The Executive Administrative & Events Specialist is responsible for providing executive administrative support for MMT Executives and the MMT HQ building as well as coordinating and executing high-impact events.
This position reports to the Vice President, NA Commercial and is part of the Mammotome team located in Cincinnati, Ohio and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Provide dedicated administrative support to Mammotome’s senior leadership team, ensuring seamless daily operations and drive operational efficiency across leadership priorities.
+ Utilize ad hoc project management tools to ensure consistent follow-through on strategic initiatives and cross-functional alignment.
+ Lead planning, logistics, and execution for internal events, including field sales meetings, customer training, new hire onboarding, leadership sessions, town halls, and employee engagement activities.
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Prefer 5+ years related experience with proven office administration and/or related customer service skills.
+ Solid working experience with office processes and related tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
+ Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with proven interpersonal skills and experience providing complex administrative support in a high-profile environment with tact and diplomacy.

+ 10-15% domestic and international travel per business needs

The hourly range for this role is $25-$30/hr. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
