Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Oncology LPN at CHI Williston Health, you will help patients under the supervision of an RN or Physician, the LPN functions as a vital member of the healthcare team who contributes to the success the practice by demonstrating customer/patient focus, effective communication, professionalism and teamwork. Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care provided to selected patient populations and their families.
+ Performs general nursing care to patients by following established clinic workflows.
+ May perform specific nursing care as it relates to specialty of the practice.
+ Obtain patient consent for care and ensure patient confidentiality.
+ Obtain and document health history, information on chief complaint, vital signs, and health risk factors and assesses disease condition.
+ Provide patient care based on practice guidelines, standards of care, and federal/state laws and regulations.
+ Execute prescribed treatments and medical interventions, administer prescribed medications, and monitors and documents treatment progress and patient response.
+ This includes but is not limited to preparing and administering injections, performing routine tests, treating wounds, and changing bandages.

Job Requirements
Education and Experience
+ Graduate of accredited school of practical nursing, Required upon hire.
+ One (1) year related experience in a clinic, specialty clinic or acute hospital setting, Preferred.
Licensure and Certifications
+ Licensed Practical Nurse: North Dakota (LPN:ND), Required upon hire.
+ Americna Heart Association Basic Life Support - CPR (BLS-CPR), Required upon hire.

Pay Range
$23.00 - $32.49 /hour
