    How will you make an impact in this role?

     

    We are building a Risk Data Management platform in RPDS to be a centralized data for all real-time risk assessment across Credit and Fraud risks. This is an amazing opportunity to build next generation of data platform with tens of thousands of risk variables to enable risk assessment across multiple risk journeys including Point of Sale, Credit concern, Safekey, Authentication and more. This role is responsible to enable high-quality data in risk data management platform and making it available to risk and non-risk journeys with high availability and low latency. Job responsibilities include:

     

    + Product Owner for Agile team delivering Data enablement to bring data from various System of records to Risk Data Management platform.

    + Product owners for making this data available to real-time risk journeys and non-risk journeys needing real-time risk data

    + Translate product roadmap into well-defined product requirements. Understand current and future needs for product enhancements by deep engagement and consultation with various business teams

    + Anticipate and address unhappy paths in the requirement and be proactive in defining control requirement early in the product development

    + Articulate product requirements to leaders to gain alignment on key product decisions

    + Collaborate with cross-function team of Product Managers, Solution architects, and Data Solution to develop and prioritize data requirements.

    + Work closely with the design and technology teams to develop, test, and deliver defined capabilities.

    + Provide sign-off on product delivery after thoroughly reviewing build and test demos. Be the owner for post-implementation product validation and fixes if any

    + Track delivery progress, manage dependencies and communicate outcomes to stakeholders

    + Participation in, and support of agile practices and ceremonies to reinforce agile development and incremental delivery

    + Continuous improve data enablement product management process and product quality

    Minimum Qualifications

    + 3-5 years’ experience in an agile Digital Product Manager/Owner role

    + Inquisitive mindset and first-principle thinking to clearly articulate problem statement and ability to create new solutions from scratch

    + Strong communication & interpersonal skills

    + Ability to build positive relationships, operate effectively within large cross-functional teams, and influence business partners to drive ground-breaking change

    + Ability to learn quickly and work independently with sophisticated, unstructured initiatives

    + Experience in building enterprise-grade data management platforms

    + Expertise in iterative development, Scaled Agile Framework, and handling a backlog of initiatives optimally

    + Knowledge of software programming and data management tools (e.g. SQL, Python, Message Driven Architecture/Design)

    + Bachelor's degree in STEM, mathematics, statistics, engineering, computer science, econometrics, or equivalent field of study

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience in risk, payments or financial data product domains

    + Familiarity with data governance, compliance and regulatory requirements (PCI, fraud/risk, privacy)

    Qualifications

    Salary Range: $123,000.00 to $215,250.00 annually bonus benefits
