SUMMARY
The IT Asset Administrator is responsible for tracking, receiving and shipping IT assets and tracking inventory levels for The Honey Baked Ham Company. This includes all registers, iPad, printers, and consumables across our retail and franchise stores.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS.
+ Receiving and suggesting inventory levels of required IT hardware equipment
+ Maintains accurate asset management location, status in corresponding tools (e.g. ServiceNow)
+ Works closely with project team to develop equipment strategy including remodels, new stores, acquisitions
+ Performs shipping and tracking of outgoing IT assets
+ Fosters and maintains positive client relationships.
+ Shipping and Receiving duties related to IT equipment (PCs, laptops, iPads, credit card devices, etc.)
+ Inventory management and control of IT assets
+ Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ None
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
+ 1+ years experience in asset management or related field
+ Experience with ServiceNow or other asset management tools.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
+ None
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
+ ServiceNow or other asset management tools
+ Shipping and receiving processes
+ Carrier types and service levels
+ Using relational databases such as Access DB
+ Communication and Collaboration Skills
+ Microsoft Operating Systems experience
+ Ability to solve problems independently
+ Retail experience is a plus
+ Organization and attention to detail
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
No to minimal travel requirements.

General office environment.
