About the Role:
The Director of FP&A will primarily focus on leading the long term forecasting and the development and management of the company’s multi-year financial forecasts, providing strategic insights that help leadership with enterprise-wide decision making while also supporting the short term FP&A process. This role will be responsible for building and refining long-range planning, stress-testing financial outcomes under multiple scenarios, and aligning forecasts with the company’s strategic growth initiatives across global markets.
What You'll Do:
o Lead the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of multi-year forecasting models at the enterprise levels.
o Partner with Regional Finance teams to align forecasts with strategic initiatives and internal communication.
o Drive scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to evaluate impacts of macroeconomic trends, geopolitical developments, currency fluctuations, and market disruptions.
o Translate complex financial outcomes into clear executive-level narratives.
o Partner with global FP&A teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and scalability of long-term forecasting practices.
o Establish forecasting standards and best practices, balancing corporate requirements with local market dynamics.
o Collaborate with FP&A team on preparation of presentations for executive leadership and Board meetings.
o Foster a culture of analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and global collaboration.
o Prepare ad hoc requests for senior management
o Assist with special projects, as needed

What You'll Bring:
Experience:
10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Strategy, including multinational exposure. Public company experience preferred.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
Skills:
+ Demonstrated expertise in long-term financial modeling, scenario planning, and business valuation.
+ Strong understanding of macroeconomic drivers, capital markets, and multinational business operations.
+ Excellent executive communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders and simplify complex financial concepts.
+ Proven track record of leading teams and driving large-scale forecasting or planning initiatives.
+ High proficiency with financial planning systems (e.g., SAC, Hyperion, SAP) and advanced Excel/PowerPoint/Power BI capabilities.
+ Skilled at operating in complex, cross-border environments with diverse business models.
+ Proven success driving transformation in forecasting processes and systems.

Pay Range:$143,200---$193,300
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills. Additional Compensation: This role is bonus eligible. This role is equity eligible.
