    The Director of Allocations for Calvin Klein oversees the day-to-day execution of inventory allocation across channels to ensure the right product reaches the right store, at the right time, in the right quantities. This leader manages a team of allocators to execute allocation plans that align with assortment, flow, and financial objectives. By monitoring sales trends, DC inventory, and store performance, this role ensures timely and accurate replenishment decisions that drive sales and margin while minimizing stock-outs and markdowns. The Director partners closely with Planning, Merchandising, and Supply Chain to deliver consistent in-season execution and support business objectives.

    Responsibilities:

    + Lead the allocation team in executing weekly allocations across full-price, outlet, and e-commerce channels

    + Translate assortment and flow plans into accurate and timely store-level allocations

    + Manage the allocation calendar and ensure deadlines are met to support floor sets and new launches

    + Partner with Planning to adjust allocations based on in-season sales performance, sell-through, and inventory position

    + Monitor DC and store inventory to ensure product availability, prioritize replenishment, and resolve exceptions quickly

    + Partner with Supply Chain to track shipments, manage flow constraints, and resolve capacity or timing issues

    + Execute allocation decisions that reflect size selling, climate/store tiering, and historical sales patterns

    + Ensure accurate and consistent use of allocation tools and reporting systems; support system upgrades and process improvements

    + Provide weekly reporting and insights on allocation execution, inventory flow, and store performance to Planning and Merchandising

    + Manage, coach, and develop a team of allocators; provide training to improve technical allocation skills and retail math knowledge

    + Act as escalation point for allocation issues, ensuring problems are resolved quickly and allocations remain accurate and timely

    Qualifications:

    + 10+ years in allocation, planning, or inventory management, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role

    + Strong knowledge of allocation processes, replenishment, and retail math

    + Hands-on experience with allocation systems (e.g., JDA, Manhattan, SAP, or similar)

    + Proven track record of managing a team and driving execution in a fast-paced retail environment

    + Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

    + Effective communicator with cross-functional partners in Planning, Merchandising, and Supply Chain

    Pay Range:$143,200---$193,300

     

    PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.     Additional Compensation: This role is bonus eligible. This role is equity eligible.
