    The Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) Projects, Assets, Construction, and Engineering Center of Excellence (PACE) is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join their core team as a **First Line Manager** for a team of project managers managing Enterprise Initiatives Projects such as conference room modernization.

     

    The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of project management methodologies, and the ability to foster a collaborative team environment across the country. This role is critical in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.

     

    This opportunity is available at any of the following Boeing sites: **Auburn, WA;** **Berkeley, MO; El Segundo, CA; Everett, WA; Hazelwood, MO; Huntington Beach, CA;** **Mesa, AZ;** **North Charleston, SC; Ridley Park, PA** **;** **Renton, WA or Seattle, WA.**

    Position Responsibilities:

    + **Team Leadership:**

    + Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers

    + Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance

    + **Project Oversight:**

    + Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Enterprise initiatives

    + Ensure projects are aligned with strategic objectives and meet quality standards

    + **Stakeholder Management:**

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables

    + Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders

    + **Resource Management:**

    + Allocate resources effectively to ensure project success

    + Monitor team performance and provide feedback to enhance productivity

    + Travel ~25% to support team and Enterprise projects

    + **Process Improvement:**

    + Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices in project management

    + Utilize project management tools and methodologies to streamline workflows

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    + 5+ years of experience with project management or construction management

    + 5+ years of experience partnering & working with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives

    + 3+ years of experience managing project schedules and managing programs and projects

    + 3+ years of experience using professional written and verbal communication skills to achieve deliverables

    + 3+ years of experience with team building, developing and motivating employees

    + 25% domestic travel

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    + Bachelor’s degree or higher

    + 5+ years of experience in program management and/or financial management/analysis

    + 5+ years of experience developing and presenting recommendations to executive level management

    + 5+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data

    + 3+ years of experience in working with project finances

    + Experience with contract management, invoice management/reconciliation, and vendor management

    Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

     

    Summary Pay Range: $107,950 - $156,400

    Security Clearance

     

    This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
