As a **Security Officer - - Healthcare Facility Patrol - Full Time** in **Walnut Creek, CA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more.

What You’ll Do:

+ Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

+ Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

+ Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

+ Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

+ Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

+ Monitor and operate communication systems to dispatch security-related personnel to various locations within a healthcare environment as needed.

+ Receive and document calls for service, incidents, and emergencies, maintaining accurate and detailed records according to site-specific policies.

+ Coordinate with on-site personnel and local authorities during incidents and critical situations, helping to facilitate calm and organized responses.

+ Assist visitors, staff, and patients by providing customer service and information in accordance with site requirements.

+ Help to deter unauthorized access and unusual activity by maintaining awareness of all communication related to the location.

+ Follow all site-specific policies and Allied Universal procedures regarding emergency response and incident documentation.

+ Support regular communication between all security-related team members to help promote a secure environment.

+ Remain alert to any suspicious activity or behavior reported via radio or phone, escalating concerns according to established procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

+ Availability across various days and shifts

+ Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

+ A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

+ Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

+ Vaccination required for employment in hospital settings.

+ Ability to restrain individuals as needed in hospital environments.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
