Position Summary:
Performs and/or assists the Manager / Supervisor, Facilities with the maintenance, repair, replacement, adjustments and modification of the facility, equipment and the outside grounds according to a set schedule and in emergency and non- emergency situations while observing all safety regulations and ensuring all quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duties assigned to best serve the company.
Position Responsibilities:
+ Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
+ Complete painting, drywall/sheetrock repairs, and carpentry to maintain building appearance.
+ Install and repair office furniture, fixtures, and new equipment.
+ Maintain and repair high-speed doors, dock doors, dock plates, door seals, fences, and bollards.
+ Conduct basic groundskeeping, including debris removal and snow/ice control.
+ Perform concrete patching and light structural repairs.
+ Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, ladders, hand tools, and power tools safely.
+ Carry out light welding and fabrication when necessary.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
+ Perform preventive maintenance and maintain detailed work records.
+ Performs other related duties as assigned.
Physical Expectations
+ Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift.
+ Able to stand, walk, bend, and climb ladders for extended periods.
+ Comfortable working in extreme temperatures (0°F to 100°F+).
+ Able to operate forklifts and scissor lifts (training available).

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience
6 - 12 months building maintenance experience in warehouse and / or production environment
Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
