    Our client, a leading organization in data center operations, is seeking a Inventory and Asset Technician to join their team. As a Inventory and Asset Technician, you will be part of the Data Center Operations supporting inventory management and asset control. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    Jr. Inventory and Asset Technician

     

    Mt. Pleasant, WI

     

    5 month contract

     

    $19/hour

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Support data center operations by managing the movement, documentation, and accuracy of critical equipment and materials.

    + Perform cycle audits, reconcile inventory discrepancies, and ensure precise physical tracking of assets.

    + Coordinate with suppliers to initiate warranty claims and process failed hardware devices in compliance with SLAs.

    + Maintain organized records of inbound and outbound deliveries and update inventory systems accordingly.

    + Assist in the secure destruction of Data-Bearing Devices (DBDs) following all policies, SLAs, and safety protocols.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Hands-on experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, retail, or related fields.

    + Ability to meet security requirements, including background checks and eligibility to work in the U.S.

    + Reliable home internet connection and a quiet environment for remote training.

    + Commitment to a full-time, 40-hour workweek.
