    Our client, a leading organization supporting government and municipal services, is seeking a Service Support Specialist to join their team. As a Service Support Specialist, you will be part of the Customer Service Department supporting payment processing and customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Service Support Specialist

    **Location:** Fort Worth, TX

    Pay Range:

    **Shift:** 8:00am-4:30pm or 8:30-5:00pm

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Handle inbound customer calls from start to resolution, including payment processing, inquiries, complaints, and information requests.

    + Provide courteous and professional service to internal and external customers, aiming for high satisfaction.

    + Follow security protocols and confidentiality standards when handling sensitive financial data.

    + Accurately document all transactions in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + Must be 18 years of age or older

    + Ability to type and speak simultaneously while navigating systems during live calls

    + Comfortable using computers, including email and web browsers

    + Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Outlook
