Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial operations, is seeking a Manufacturing Training & Development Specialist to join their team. As a Manufacturing Training & Development Specialist, you will be part of the Training Department supporting the Operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for continuous improvement, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Manufacturing Training & Development Specialist

**Location:** Hayward, CA

**Pay Range:** $30/hr

**Shift:** 6 am - 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

+ Develop and update training materials, SOPs, and job aids tailored to manufacturing processes.

+ Design structured onboarding programs for new hires, including safety, quality, and operational training.

+ Conduct classroom, on-the-job, and hands-on training sessions for operators and technicians.

+ Lead cross-training initiatives to enhance workforce flexibility and skill diversity.

+ Ensure all training content aligns with company standards, safety regulations, and lean manufacturing principles.

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor’s degree in Training & Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

+ 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial operations training.

+ Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Quality Control processes.

+ Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.

+ Proficiency with training software, digital learning tools, and MS Office Suite.
