    Are you looking to jumpstart your IT career with a company that values hands-on learning and technical growth? Our client, a large company based in King of Prussia PA, is seeking an Entry-Level Support Analyst to join their on-site support team. This is a full-time position working with Windows environments, Office 365, and ticketing systems, with a heavy focus on hardware troubleshooting and end-user support.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • 1+ year of experience in IT support (internship or help desk experience acceptable)

    • Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environments

    • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (password resets, mailbox management, Teams, SharePoint)

    • Familiarity with hardware setup, imaging, and repair (laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals)

    • Experience working with a ticketing system (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, etc.)

    • Excellent communication and customer service skills

    Desired Skills & Experience

    • Basic knowledge of Active Directory (user creation, group management)

    • Exposure to networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

    • A+ or other entry-level certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.)

    • Experience supporting remote or hybrid employees

    Daily Responsibilities

    • 90% Hands-On Support (hardware, software, ticket triage)

    • 10% Team Collaboration / Documentation
