Our client, a leading organization in retail marketing, is seeking a USA - e-Commerce Specialist to join their team. As a USA - e-Commerce Specialist, you will be part of the Digital Marketing Department supporting the e-Commerce and Retail Media teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proactive communication, and a passion for driving digital growth, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** USA - e-Commerce Specialist
**Location:** Hoboken, NJ (2 days onsite)
**Pay Range:** $50-56
What's the Job?
+ Support the execution and optimization of e-Commerce strategies across digital platforms, primarily focusing on Amazon retail media campaigns.
+ Analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative digital shelf strategies that enhance brand visibility and conversion rates.
+ Manage digital content and promotional activities to ensure alignment with brand standards and business objectives.
+ Monitor competitive activity and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
What's Needed?
+ Proven experience in e-Commerce, digital marketing, or retail media platforms, especially Amazon Ads.
+ Strong proficiency with data analysis tools and Microsoft 365 Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
+ Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
+ Ability to interpret data insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
+ Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
