    Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and logistics, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting warehouse management and logistics teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Warehouse Supervisor

    **Location:** North Charleston, SC

    **Pay Range:** $60000 - $70000

    Shift:

    What's the Job?

     

    + Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and safety standards are met

    + Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff to improve performance and productivity

    + Compile and analyze reports related to inventory, dead stock, and commodity quality

    + Conduct regular physical checks of commodities and inventory accuracy

    + Coordinate space management and storage planning before commodity arrivals

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High School diploma or GED; minimum three years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations

    + Proven leadership skills with at least 4 years of supervisory experience

    + Experience with SAP is essential

    + Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Logistics principles

    + Strong computer skills in MS Office, Outlook, and SAP
