    Now Hiring – Production Team Members!

     

    Starting Pay: $19.60/hr

     

    Two Shifts Available: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM or 10:00 PM–6:30 AM

     

    We’re hiring dependable and motivated individuals for multiple full-time positions for our client's production facility in Pacific, MO.

    Available Positions:

    Box Machine Operators

    + Stack and organize boxes, placing them onto conveyor belts for processing

    + Maintain a clean and safe work environment

    + Ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on, fast-paced work

    Blender & Mix Operators

    + Operate continuous flow or vat-type equipment

    + Monitor blending equipment, control valves, pumps, and temperatures

    + Follow quality and food safety specifications and testing procedures

    + Assemble, clean, and maintain processing equipment

    Receivers

    + Pump incoming product from tankers into storage tanks

    + Record weights, temperatures, and product volumes

    + Perform CIP cleaning procedures and gather product samples for testing

    + Ensure all quality and safety standards are met

    What We’re Looking For:

    + High school diploma or equivalent preferred

    + Prior production, warehouse, or general labor experience a plus

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

    + Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
