Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a General Production Associate - Entry Level to join their team. As a General Production Associate - Entry Level, you will be part of the production support team, contributing to efficient manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** General Production Associate - Entry Level

**Location:** Centerville, IA

**Pay Range:** $17.08

**Shift:** Third Shift (10:40 PM - 7:00 AM)

What's the Job?

+ Operate assigned machinery and equipment in a safe and productive manner following standard work procedures and supervisor instructions.

+ Handle the physical loading and unloading of materials efficiently and safely.

+ Follow all safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensuring safety features are operational.

+ Perform visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met.

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area, supporting general housekeeping and maintenance tasks.

What's Needed?

+ No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

+ Ability to follow safety protocols and work as part of a team.

+ Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.

+ Willingness to work the third shift hours as specified.

+ Good physical condition to perform manual tasks and operate machinery.
