Our client, a leading organization in data infrastructure and technology support, is seeking a Jr. Data Center Technician to join their team. As a Jr. Data Center Technician, you will be part of the Data Center Operations team supporting global data center activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm for technology, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

+ Support the installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and decommissioning of data center equipment.

+ Assist in diagnostics and resolving hardware and network issues under supervision.

+ Participate in daily safety briefings and adhere to all safety protocols.

+ Complete work tickets efficiently, ensuring alignment with KPIs and SLAs.

+ Follow security and confidentiality protocols to maintain data integrity and physical security.

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Basic understanding of computer hardware components and experience working with technology or technical systems.

+ Ability to meet security requirements, including background checks and security training.

+ Reliable home internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free environment for remote training.

+ Willingness to work full-time, including on-call or rotating shifts as required.
