Our client, an industry leader in agricultural production, is seeking a dedicated General Operator to join their team. As a General Operator, you will be part of the production operations supporting seasonal responsibilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** General Operator

**Location:** New Madrid, MO

Pay Range: $18.00

**Shift:** 6am-6:15pm and 6pm-6:15am. Must be flexible to rotate shifts as listed

What's the Job?

+ Receive and process trucks hauling crop from the field for weighing and unloading

+ Complete a wide range of harvest activities, including combine cleaning

+ Supply the Conditioning department with a constant supply of seed

+ Apply appropriate treatment to seed

+ Label, tag, bag, and palletize seed, and enter inventory information into computer systems

+ Knowledge of production agriculture and plant operations

+ Ability to perform duties safely and efficiently while maintaining seed quality

+ Ability to work independently or as part of a team

+ Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions and anticipate needs

+ Ability to make independent decisions and communicate effectively
