Job Description
We are in search of a solution-focused and energetic **Integrations Solutions Specialist** that will assist our Visual Lease clients with advanced technical questions surrounding our Managed File Transfer (MFT / SFTP), public API, custom report, and self-service SSO functionalities. As an Integrations Support Specialist, you'll be the front line for our Integrations Solutions team, responsible for delivering first-rate support to our customers using your strong technical skills and communication abilities. You'll troubleshoot a variety of issues, assist senior Integrations staff with project management, answer questions about our integration tools for clients and vendors, and work closely with customers to find timely, thoughtful, and complete solutions. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and contribute to our departmental goals.
The Integrations Solutions Support team is responsible for providing solutions to prospects as well as implementing and supporting new and existing clients with adoption of our integration capabilities with outside ERPs, BI, and other software. You are a great match if you are quick to learn a new product, great at time and queue management, an expert technical analyzer with a creative streak when solutioning, and driven to help customers solve problems.
This position is full-time in the office and will be based in Iselin (Metropark), New Jersey.
Responsibilities
+ Take ownership of all customer support cases related to our SFTP Connector, public APIs, Custom Accounting Feeds, and SSO.
+ Provision new instances of Integrations product offerings, following established procedures.
+ Document details and events of Integration requests/incidents by creating, managing, and resolving cases in the support ticketing system.
+ Develop data translation documentation and data processing flow using current tools and software.
+ Work with clients to configure systems and coordinate necessary training.
+ Coordinate relationships with clients and third-party vendors.
+ Create documentation for future reference, training, and support purposes.
+ Partner with senior Integrations staff, engineering, and support staff on ad-hoc projects and escalated requests.
Basic Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College.
+ Driven and independent learner with the ability to grasp technical concepts and workflowsquickly.
+ Demonstrated ability towork independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Basic understanding of Windows applications and SaaS platforms.
+ Professional, positive, and nurturing attitude with all clients.
+ Strong sense of urgency and responsiveness.
+ Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks.
+ A track record of commitment to prior employers.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field from an accredited, not for profit University or College.
+ 2+ year related experience interacting directly with customers and resolving customer concerns or challenges.
+ 1+ year related experience troubleshooting API and flatfile SFTP integrations.
+ 4+ months of SQL experience (academic or professional).
+ Experience using customer management tools, such as Salesforce.
+ Understanding ofdatabase and web-based software.
+ Interest or experience in the commercial real estate industry is a plus.
+ Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional after-hours or on-call support.

_This position offers a base salary range of $55,000 - $75,000K_ _, based on relevant skills and experience and includes a generous benefits plan._
