    Qualifications

    + Bachelor's Degree Graduate degree

    + PMP certification, Six Sigma and/or Lean certification preferred

    + Has well developed understanding of relevant technical principles and their application to a program area.

    + Develops/formulates Deployment issues, problems and needs in at least one technical area.

    + Has acknowledged expertise at conceptual level of technical skills and knowledge in at least one program area.

    + Understands State energy/environmental economic development issues

    + Has developed and managed projects with little specific direction.

    + Develops new projects and co-funding sources with own initiative.

    + Carried out development of several projects through competitive solicitation phase that may or may not result from own initiative.

    + Has provided ideas and rationale for program development in at least one technical area.

    Primary Responsibilities

    + Proven project management skills with the ability to set priorities, develop and execute on a workplan, and an action-bias to deliver activity in the market.

    + Exemplary program management experience in complicated programs with multiple implementers and partners along with management of contractors.

    + A demonstrated track record of advancing innovative strategies and policies from concept to implementation; ideally interacting with regulatory bodies/agencies, including local governments.

    + Proven ability to drive significant strategic development and advancement paired with strong tactical and implementation abilities to see projects to the end .

    + Experience managing or implementing or similar utility incentive programs

    + Demonstrated experience in Salesforce Lightning, including system design, UAT, report and dashboard building

    + Strong understanding of Salesforce systems and development, including the development of program and system requirement

    + Manage day-to-day operations for the Appliance Upgrade Program (AUP), consisting of 3 full-time staff resources, 2 implementation contractors, and 2 pools of Participating Retailers and Contractors

    + Evolve and continuously adapt strategies to optimize impact and effectiveness based on results, market data and insights, evaluation, expertise, and critical thinking.

    + Direct with implementation contractors to ensure program deliverables and reporting are executed in a timely manner.

    + Interact routinely with regulatory bodies/agencies, including local governments

    + -Direct and participate in testing for ongoing system development.

    + -Develop documentation for use by customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

    + Quantify and document program activities and assess progress against established goals.

    + Model diligent attention to processes and champion process improvements and other duties as assigned that contribute to the key outcomes of the Codes & Standards team
