Thermo Fisher, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the Assembly Department supporting the assembly line operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, teamwork skills, and a strong work ethic which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Assembly

**Location:** Asheville, NC

**Pay Range:** $18.00

**Shift:** First Shift

What's the Job?

+ Assemble parts and sub-assemblies according to design specifications and quality standards

+ Select components, align, and assemble them in proper sequence using tools such as drills, rivet guns, and screwdrivers

+ Apply wiring harnesses, sensors, and electrical components following electrical diagrams and Sequence of Events (SOE)

+ Inspect parts during assembly to ensure quality standards are met before progressing to the next stage

+ Clean, pack, and prepare final products for shipment, adhering to safety and handling procedures

What's Needed?

+ Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams and recognize color codes

+ Experience with hand tools, drills, and assembly equipment

+ Attention to detail and commitment to quality

+ Flexibility to perform various tasks and support line operations as needed

+ Willingness to cross-train and adapt to different roles within the team
