**Job Title:** Process/Project Engineer

**Location:** Port Edwards, Wisconsin

What's the Job?

+ Ensure safety, health, and environmental compliance within the plant, demonstrating personal leadership in safety and environmental initiatives.

+ Support project compliance with construction, engineering, safety, and environmental codes and regulations.

+ Lead safety and process-related incident investigations, supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions.

+ Plan and implement process improvement projects, utilizing methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.

+ Support plant operations and maintenance in troubleshooting complex or repetitive problems to ensure continuous improvement and reliability.

What's Needed?

+ Degree in Engineering; Chemical Engineering degree preferred with experience in continuous manufacturing processes.

+ Experience with process improvements, root cause analysis, and process safety management.

+ Knowledge of process analysis, engineering practices (RAGAGEP), and project management for small to medium projects.

+ Familiarity with Management of Change systems, equipment specification, and materials procurement.

+ Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement certifications are preferred.
