    We are currently hiring a Family Resource/Support Specialist , to work in our Community Maternity Services Office.  As the Family Resource/Support Specialist, you would be responsible for:

     

    • Creates a service plan with Supervisor and family that includes goals, objectives and activities to assist family

    • Maintains client notes with accurate record keeping and enter data information into the MIS

    • Familiarizes self with available community resources and knows how to access services appropriate to needs of client.

    • Conducts outreach and home visiting to families, administers assessments, offers information and referrals; acts as a liaison between families and other community agencies

    • Initiates and maintains regular home visiting schedule with families to assist in strengthening parent-child relationships, promote positive prenatal/child health and development outcomes and family self-sufficiency with the ultimate goal of preventing child abuse and neglect.

     

    Family Resource/Support Specialist Minimum Pay Rate: $22.86

     

    Family Resource/Support Specialist Maximum Pay Rate: $22.86

     

    Family Resource/Support Specialist Schedule: Mon – Fri

     

    This is a hybrid position as it travels around Fulton County, workers often go to/from client’s directly from their homes and don’t report to the office every day.

    Qualifications:

    + Associate’s Degree in Human Services or related field

    + 3-5 years of relevant experience

    + Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle
