Join AWS Specialists and Partners (ASP) Operations' Business Integration Team (BIT), where you will play a crucial role in transforming AWS's internal partner experience. Our vision is to provide a unified, integrated, and intelligent experience for managing partner relationships, with your focus being partner funding and program management capabilities. You will serve as the voice of our internal customers (partner-facing roles), deeply understanding their needs and partnering with our engineering teams to deliver solutions that eliminate fragmentation between partner systems and drive efficiency. Partner is a force multiplier to AWS, accelerating reach and revenue through our network of hundreds of thousands AWS Partners. This is an exciting opportunity to improve AWS internal capabilities to better co-sell with partners, leveraging intelligent automation and AI capabilities.
Key job responsibilities
- Drive product vision and requirements for internal tools that enable AWS teams to effectively manage partner funding and programs with partners
- Lead deep-dive analyses to understand user needs and pain points, translating complex business requirements into clear product solutions
- Build strong relationships with sales operations teams to understand their challenges and gather requirements for new capabilities
- Partner with engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle, from initial concept through launch and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to align internal and external partner experiences, ensuring seamless integration between systems
- Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline and automate partner co-sell workflows, leveraging AI and automation capabilities
- Create clear documentation and communication materials to support new product developments and process changes
- Drive comprehensive change management and launch strategies to drive successful product adoption across global teams
A day in the life
Your day might start by reviewing feedback from internal customers about their internal partner funding and program management experiences. You will collaborate with engineering teams on new feature development, such as improving partner funding integration in seller workflows. Between meetings, you will analyze feature launch data to measure pipeline efficiency improvements and engage with sales operations teams to understand their challenges. Throughout the day, you will advocate for our internal customers, ensuring we build solutions that make partner co-sell more efficient and help grow our partner business.

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Knowledge of key customer experience metrics and methodology (e.g., NPS)
- Experience owning technology products

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
